In Jet Velocity 2, you get to race your purple sled along the course. You must use the arrow keys to steer and accelerate, and there are many different obstacles, jumps, and power-ups along the course to enhance your experience. You will get some good time wasting with this one.

Well, we seem to be having a good response to platform games, since I’ve ditched puzzlers for a while. So, continuing in that vein, let’s try Stick Out Act 1. In this game, you play a stick figure that has to make it to the end of the level. Use the spacebar to kill the enemies.

This game, called MercX, is a shooter platform game that I found last night. Originally, I had a nice, clever, fun, game lined up, but I couldn’t get it to work. So, we have MercX, a game where you move using the arrow keys and shoot using the Z key. It’s a nice time waster, though, so enjoy.

In Aqua Dudes, you have both red and blue shapes. The red shapes float and the blue shapes sink. It is your job to place these different color blocks in the right place to complete the level’s tasks. It’s a bit hard to understand, frankly, but try a few levels before you give up.

In BioGems, those of you who have played Bejeweled will find the game familiar. You have to match three gems or more at a time in order to make them disappear, and depending on the type of gems you clear, different things will happen to your fighter.

In Bullet 2, you get to play the sequel of the award winning flash shooter. Well maybe not award winning, but pretty good. Shoot the bottles and everything else that comes on the screen. Use the mouse to aim and fire. It gets very difficult.

In Monster Mowdown 2, you get to kill all the oncoming monsters that seem to be running after your car for some reason. You use the laser on the back of your truck and aim with the mouse. What else can I say, shoot them, and live.

In CycloManiacs 2, you get to pick one of many bikes to ride through the races. You can chose any bike or course you want to start with, but the game has many to choose from so you won’t be finishing this one any time soon.

In Cuboy Hotpants you get to move the legendary Cuboy down the Qbert-style land gins until he reaches the bottom. You have to watch out for the lava coming to get you though, and left and right arrows make you move down a space so don’t be fooled. Up gives you new life. Enjoy.

In Rizzoli and Isles The Masterpiece Murders, you get to play the famous TV detective duo. You will solve the crime, and have a great time in hells while you do it. I know most of you like that sort of thing, so it’s why I posted it. Point and click is the order of the day.

In Slow and Blow Kings, you have to make sure the bad guys to fall off their platforms with the bombs you have. Make sure that you set the least bombs possible in order to get the guys blown, the less the better. Also, if you want to alter time, hit any key and it will slow down.

In Never Lose Rope, you get to hop from platform to platform. You play a magician-looking guy who just wants to find out what is happening to his pipe world. Or that’s what it looks like, at least. Who really knows, but at lead you get a magnetic grappling hook to use.

In Gentlemen Rats In Outer Space, you get to fire a rocket at the nearest moon and plant your flag to claim the lunar body. I assume you are a rat or something and you are the one firing the rockets. If not, I have no idea why the game is called what it’s called. Why the rats are gentlemen I dunno either.

In Balloon’s Mail, you get to fly your balloon all over the place. With any key or by clicking on the balloon itself, you get the fire started and you lift your hot air balloon off the ground. You have to collect as many numbers as you can, and you get to navigate the obstacles.

In Hurry Up Bob 2, you have to hop as high as you can using the arrow keys. You can move from platform to platform, and the highest level you get to becomes your best score. The main character is a weird bigheaded guy, but then again, so is my wife.

In Color World Origins, you have blocks on your screen that have a ball in the middle. The ball’s color will tell you what color the block needs to be. You do this by launching colored balls at the blocks. Don’t worry, you’ll get the hang of it. Promise.

In Crush The Castle, you get to launch items form the trebuchet in order to kill everyone inside the castles. If you have ever played Angry Birds, and let’s face it, who hasn’t, you will be able to figure out this game. It’s almost as good. Almost.

In Tree Of Life, you get to make sure that the blob makes it to the end of the map. You pick the arrows and which direction the blob needs to go, and hope that you can get him home with just the arrows at your disposal.

In Mr. Runner 2, you get to run along with with level as a little black creature. Use the arrow keys to move him along and catch as many coins as you can. You move fast, though, so make sure that you jump early enough.

In Escape From Puppy Death Factory you play a puppy savior who has to rescue as many of the cute little doggies as possible. The game plays more like a Metroid game, though, so those of you who are old game players will get this one just fine. Enjoy.
